What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday - Saturday between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We’re closed on Sundays.
When can I access my storage unit or parking space?
Access your unit 7 days a week between 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
How do I pay my storage bill?
We offer multiple payment options. Ask about auto-pay to ensure you never miss a payment. Pay your storage bill online using a debit, credit card or ACH/eCheck. Pre-pay for future months or come in each month and pay direct during office hours.
What are the lease options?
Our leases are available month-to-month. Store with us for however long you need. No long term contracts or obligations!
Do you offer temperature controlled units?
Yes. Our climate-controlled units maintain stable temperatures year-round to help protect your belongings from pests, mold, mildew, rust, corrosion, yellowing, and other degenerative influences.
What security measures are in place?
Our facility is fully secure and enclosed with perimeter fencing, controlled gate access, and 24-hour video surveillance.
Is Canyon Storage near any colleges or universities?
Both locations are just minutes away from The University of Utah and Westminster College.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store hazardous materials, unregistered vehicles, weapons, perishables, animals, or plants. If you have questions about a specific item, call or send an email.
