The manager at Canyon Storage was truly a godsend. I was a bit of a nightmare customer, to be honest. First, I accidentally left some items in my U-Haul, but the manager kindly took the time to put them in my storage unit when my friends didn’t show up the next morning to help me finish unloading. It was a last-minute move, and my situation was a complete mess—I had no help and ran out of time to unload everything. The manager not only stacked my belongings onto the provided carts but also took it a step further by unloading them into the neighboring unit, giving me extra time to organize everything properly the next day. I can’t express how amazing the manager was, and the young college student who helped was also fantastic. I’ll forever be grateful for the kindness they showed me during one of the hardest days of my life. Even though I’m still homeless, I’m working, and I hope things will improve soon. This has been a great storage place - the service is always so friendly, the facility is clean and it feels safe. I also find the fees reasonable, if not a little lower than other units in the area which is surprising given how nice of a facility it is. Sam is always helpful. Highly recommend!

We give the highest possible review to Canyon Storage. We have a space at the location on 3300 S just east of 700 E. Over the years we’ve had storage units in several cities and this is by far the best we’ve encountered. Steve has been quite friendly and has given us excellent choices in the units and sizes of units he has available. The facility is clean, secure and well maintained and based on our experience and shopping around prior to renting from Canyon Storage, the price is the best we’ve found. We couldn’t be happier.

This place is clean, easy access and all the people we have dealt with are super friendly and extremely prompt! We couldn’t figure out the elevator once cause we didn’t think it was going down (it goes down by gravity so it’s quiet going down) and they were there in 5 minutes and totally not put out that we were dumb! Even helped us get a big item loaded on a dolly. Highly recommend this place!
